Cruise Ship Hospitality Expo Europe Welcomes Paul Anthony Mooney to the Advisory Board!

Cruise Ship Hospitality Expo Europe (CSHE) and Cruise Ship Hospitality Expo (CSH) are excited to announce the addition of Paul Anthony Mooney, Director of PM Hospitality Consultancy Ltd, to the Advisory Board.

A bit about Paul Anthony Mooney:

Having amassed over 30 years’ experience in the hospitality industry, and much of that at cruise lines, Paul Anthony Mooney recently stepped out into the world of hospitality consultancy, spearheading PM Hospitality Consultancy Ltd from 2012. Paul started out in cruise as an Executive Chef for Seabourn, moving to Disney Cruise Line for a stint before becoming the Food and Beverage Project Director at Royal Caribbean. Continuing to move upwards, Paul spent the next 10 or so years working at some of the top cruise lines and hotel chains in the world, including Holland America, Fred. Olsen, InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG), London Clubs International, and All Leisure Group. Paul then filled the role of Hotel Operations Manager at Saga Cruises, where he was responsible for the delivery of all hotel and guest products across two vessels.

Paul now supports new build, concepts, labour and efficiency engineering as a consultant for PM Hospitality Consultancy Ltd. Having worked as a consultant for hospitality brands internationally, from small boutique lines to some of the worlds’ leading brands both on land and at sea, Paul has a wide range of experience working in the hospitality field; from designing health food concepts, to menu analysis, F&B procurement, quality assurance, design, business plans, concept evaluation, and quality assurance. We are very excited to welcome Paul’s wealth of knowledge and experience to the Advisory Board – welcome Paul!
